In Fall 2003, we were honored to have Ryota Yokoguchi, an exchange sensei, visiting our areas help our judoka improve our skills. The following is information provided to us about him:

Date of Birt:: August 28, 1980
Hometown: Gifu
Education: Graduated from Tenri Senior High School Now he is a senior at Kanoya University and majors in Physical Education - as soon as he goes back he graduates and starts pursing his MA in Physical Education.
English Skills: Good
Height and Weight: 170cm, 70kg
Dan Grade: 3rd Dan
University Judo Coach: Isamu Nakamura, National Institute of Fitness & Sports in Kanoya
Coach's comments about him: He is the leader and the mood-maker of our team. He is willing to challenge anything and tries his best all the time. I should mention that he is very good at working out with youngsters on tatami, too.
Hobby: Seeing movies and reading. His favorite movie is "There's something about Mary"
Family: father, mother and 2 brothers (university student and senior high school student). He has a Judo Family! His Father is Rokyudan, and his youngest brother is currently all Japan champion for his age and weight class (if I understand him properly). His middle brother is also a judo competitor.
Food: He eats everything.
His Dream: To teach and to create a dojo that will fulfill people judo needs from cradle to grave.
